We've all seen the empty shelves and high prices at grocery stores. Food insecurity and food scarcity is a real concern in the back of many of our minds, and this food crisis is causing damage to our mental health. There are small steps we can take to protect against this food shortage and become more self sufficient. These steps are not only easy, but fun and healthy for us. Making the most efficient use of our space, no matter how small, by having a survival garden and strategically growing fruit trees will have us prepping for that "rainy day" that is becoming more likely to come. This video is full of tips to help you maximize your space and offset some of the high costs and shortages we are all experiencing.
