Simple Pizza Dough Recipe:
– 500g Bread Flour or "00" Flour
– 330ml warm water
– 5g sugar
– 5g salt
– 7g (1 packet) dry active yeast

This pizza dough recipe can be used to make Neapolitan pizza or New York pizza.

A high gluten bread flour or "00" flour will produce superior results to an all-purpose flour. "00" flour is extra-finely milled and is the traditional flour used in Neapolitan pizza dough. If you cannot find "00" flour, bread flour will produce the best results, because the high gluten content develops superior texture and chewiness. While all-purpose flour can be used, the texture will be inferior due to the low protein content and large grain.
