Hello my fellow wonderful gardening is Beatrix Potts your Maven, “Organic Gardening.” First a word or two about our title. When you are given inaccurate information and even false about organic fertilizer your organic garden gardening can be in terrible danger.Bad information is just as dangerous as cutworms. we’re here to set the record straight and give you the most reliable information available.
So, on with the show.Beatriz is here to tell you that organic fertilizer, aka organic gardening compost is the life blood of your organic garden.Organic gardening is incomplete without organic fertilizer gardening. This is not only an essential element of organic vegetable jardiná it is probably the single most important element And is the element that you can produce and control.
Understand organic garden fertilizer will allow you to understand how important is the life of the plant and will assist the soil, insects and all our wonderful vegetables need to grow and thrive.
Many of my gardening aficionados have written to me and asked: “Beatriz, what can I put in my fertilizer?”My dear, the answer is very simple, twigs, leaves, fruit, bark, formerly teabags and you always want a good mix of green and Brown. Mr. Melvin Potts, our wonderful spouse and “Mr. Organic Gardening Compost Man” yours truly to give a plug to the often neglected “Bills”; they are defined as vegetable matter that was formerly green and dried and become desiccated and now is as the name implies, Brown. Dried leaves, plants and dry grass clippings are excellent sources of brown material for its organic garden.
Please remember our article 1 anything that comes from the earth can return to the composting and eventually back to Earth and you know obviously never add meat, bones or items with oils and never faeces of dogs and cats.
All these things will be consumed by microorganisms, insects, nematodes and who likes Beatriz refer as earthworm ‘ most unusual ‘. These are the beasts which inhabit the organic fertilizer and they will be fought consume the plant material and turn it into nutrients that plants need to grow our. We always refer the worms in our garden, ‘ most unusual ‘.You see my dears that earthworms in our garden are the synthesis, the most wonderful of composting organic gardening machines and why we refer to them as being ‘ most unusual ‘.
Some would have us believe that composting requires a pit. Beatriz is here to tell you that a “pit” is not absolutely necessary. All you need is a simple space of land where you can put all your composting materials, this space needs to be where you can provide water, turning the compost and provide an essential ingredient, AR. then you will put your compound, possibly through a screen to get rid of clubs or extraneous matter.
Is an absolute fallacy that you need to dig a deep hole for the organic compound. You do not need some kind of a “hole” to begin the exciting adventure that is making compost organic gardening. What you need is simply a small flat piece of ground to put your composite material, this is probably the most efficient way and natural to start making organic fertilizer, compost organic Garden that will make your garden thrive and be absolutely wonderful.
