Why I Chose FLORIDA For My Future HOMESTEAD

In 2023, I purchased raw land in North Central Florida for a future homestead, including building a home, a small farm and planting a food forest. Determining the best state for homesteading must be carefully considered to ensure the location and land meets your needs. In this video, I share the process I used to make this decision and why I chose Florida for my future homestead.

The point of this video is not to convince you to choose Florida for homesteading. Choosing a state for homesteading is an individual decision, and every individual has different wants, needs, expectations and goals. I am simply sharing my process in hopes that you can apply this process to make the best decision. This process led us into choosing Florida for homesteading, but there is a 49 out of 50 chance that this process will lead you to a different conclusion!
